Job summary
Ultra Clean Asia Pacific is hiring an Assistant/Manager, Planning in Singapore to lead a team of planners and manage material planning for production schedules. You will oversee materials availability, coordinate with purchasing and operations, and ensure on-time delivery by maintaining data integrity in SAP/ERP systems.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering/science or related field.
- Diploma in mechanical/electrical/electronics or mechatronics.
- 5+ years in material planning, production planning or supply chain with leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Planners to achieve key performance targets.
- Plan & schedule materials availability to support production on time.
- Coordinate with Buyer, Operations, Programme and Warehouse for on-time delivery.
- Maintain data integrity in systems; input purchase and fabrication parts accurately.
- Identify bottlenecks and develop contingency plans.
- Renew and monitor forecast, pull in/out with suppliers as needed.
- Execute materials planning and purchasing for production fulfillment.
- Generate management reports and participate in production meetings.
