Adecco is partnering with an established packaging manufacturing company in Singapore to hire a Senior Production Planner. The role oversees production scheduling and resource planning, working closely with operational teams to meet delivery commitments and improve manufacturing efficiency.

The Senior Production Planner will plan and prioritise schedules, assess requirements, coordinate with production teams, and support continuous improvement to optimise resources and delivery performance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant production planning experience within manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of production scheduling, capacity planning and resource allocation.
• Prior leadership or people management experience.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing costing, internal auditing and operational improvement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, organisational, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across teams.

The Opportunity: Adecco is partnering with an established packaging manufacturing company in Singapore to hire a Senior Production Planner. The role oversees production scheduling and resource planning, working closely with operational teams to meet delivery commitments and improve manufacturing efficiency.

• Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
• Location: West Region
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, with an early start at 7:30am
• Salary Package: Up to S$6,000 + Allowances + AWS + Performance Bonus
