Job summary

Kingsforce Management Services PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Production Planner to schedule shop floor orders and coordinate production activities for a manufacturing site in Tuas.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related discipline, with experience in production planning, inventory management, and ERP/MRP systems. You will work with multiple departments in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain or related field.
• Experience in production planning, scheduling or manufacturing operations.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and manufacturing processes.
• Analytical, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across departments.

Responsibilities

• Schedule shop floor orders and coordinate production activities.
• Coordinate with buyers on PRF requests and vendor delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with QA/QC on QCP/ITP requirements and NCRs.
• Coordinate with Engineering on BOM/DWG releases and dispositions.
• Work with Sales Administration on picklists for completed parts.
• Update the production demand file and provide weekly updates.
• Close "Ended" SFOs on time and review overdue SFOs.
• Attend customer meetings to provide order updates and address requirements.
• Monitor utilization and optimize inventory by assigning orders to planners.
• Assist Quotation Team to estimate manufacturing lead times.
• Identify stock programmes for long lead-time items.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
