Job summary

Personnel Link JobHub Pte. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned manufacturing leader based in China to oversee all plant operations and drive continuous improvement.

The role reports to the General Manager in China and includes responsibility for corporate strategies, QEHS compliance, and cross-functional coordination to meet customer requirements. The candidate should have a Diploma/Degree in Engineering and at least 8 years of relevant experience, with supervisory exposure in manufacturing and strong

Responsibilities

• Report to General Manager in China and oversee all plant manufacturing activities.
• Improve manufacturing and technological processes for Best in Class Operations.
• Schedule production to meet customers' requirements.
• Ensure QEHS compliance and other requirements at the plant.
• Monitor yield and efficiency and drive improvements.
• Build rapport with customers through timely feedback on quality performance.

Job description

• Reporting to General Manager in China and responsible for all manufacturing activities in the plant inclusive of corporate strategies and operations.
• Improve manufacturing and technological processes to achieve Best in Class Operations.
• Schedule production activities in accordance to customers’ requirements
• Manage the various manufacturing activities of the plant and ensure compliance to QEHS and other requirements
• Monitor and improve manufacturing yield and efficiency
• Build good rapport with customers through timely feedback on product quality performance

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering
• At least 8 years of relevant work experience
• Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Language proficiency to liaise with colleagues and stakeholders in China
• Able to complete multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Location: Based inChina
• Monthly salary and expatriate package
