Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering required.
• Minimum 2 years manufacturing experience.
• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification required.
• Proficient in Minitab or 8D methodology and lean thinking.

Responsibilities

• Applied Lean & Six Sigma to improve processes and drive continuous improvement projects in manufacturing.
• Assist in troubleshooting and recommending improvements for projects.
• Lead and manage facilities quality improvement projects.
• Drive project closure to meet cost saving targets.
• Guide and mentor employees on Lean & Six Sigma methodologies.
• Perform internal audits and ensure CAPA closure in the Agile system.
