Lead and coordinate with Production, Module Engineering, and Industrial Engineering teams to achieve module target turns and moves.
Support resolution of day-to-day operational issues in the module.
Plan, organize, define, and sustain effective methods for Production WIP management.
Validate work procedures with Module Engineering, Industrial Engineering, and Trainers to meet productivity, quality, and service requirements.
Drive continuous improvement projects and identify shopfloor opportunities to improve production performance indicators.
Support and sustain Lean practices across production management systems.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure operational alignment and execution.
