Job summary

STMicroelectronics Asia Pacific Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Production Manufacturing Manager to drive the renewal of our talent acquisition and onboarding process, while coordinating with vendors for recruitment. You will lead cycle time improvements, oversee production WIP, validate procedures with Module, IE and Trainers, and push Lean practices to boost quality, efficiency and turnaround.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, sciences or similar.
• 5 years of Production Manufacturing Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead production, module and IE to achieve target turns/moves.
• Plan and sustain methods for Production WIP management.
• Validate Work Procedures with Module, IE and Trainer.
• Identify opportunities to improve Production Quality, Turn and DPP.
• Demonstrate Lean practice.
