Job summary

Unknown is seeking a Staff – Senior Product Quality Engineer in Singapore to drive the quality strategy across new product development, manufacturing, and customer issues. You will lead reliability testing, root-cause investigations and corrective actions across hardware and software.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in an engineering field and 5+ years in quality engineering or electronics/software product development, with experience in FMEA, APQP and ISO 9001. AI/GenAI experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field.
5+ years of quality engineering or electronics/software product development.
Strong knowledge of electronics manufacturing, assembly and testing.
Experience with FMEA, APQP, reliability testing and root-cause analysis.
Experience with ISO 9001 quality systems; AI/GenAI as a plus.

Responsibilities

Own Product Quality and drive the quality strategy across development, manufacturing and support.
Join design, software and process reviews to catch risks early using FMEA/APQP/DFSS.
Lead reliability testing, failure analysis and corrective actions across hardware, software and manufacturing.
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers and service teams to ensure robust mass production.
Apply AI, analytics and automation for smarter testing and faster defect identification.
