Job summary

• - Able to design tests and test plans to identify and optimize performance while aligning with customer experience.
• - Write s / Excel / Minitab analyses to create predictive models and provide clear recommendations.
• - Propose design mitigations to achieve performance targets.
• - Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver optimized hair style and drying performance.
