Public Service Division is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager for Product Partnership & Acquisition to shape Singapore's skills and career ecosystem.

You will develop partnerships and expand the product portfolio to enhance digital services for individuals, in collaboration with policy and product teams to onboard partners You will engage diverse stakeholders, translate policy visions into actionable plans, and drive ecosystem growth that supports upskilling and a richer digital career imprint for

Qualifications

• Experience in partnerships, business development or related field.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
• Ability to identify partnership opportunities and create value propositions.
• Excellent written communication and CMS content skills.
• Data analytics skills to translate findings into priorities.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with policy teams to understand objectives and translate them into actionable partnership initiatives and implementation plans.
• Assess feasibility of proposed partnership models and maximise policy impact and user value.
• Identify product portfolio gaps with the product team and collaborate with partners to close gaps on MySkillsFuture and Careers & Skills Passport.
• Engage stakeholders on the ground to understand industry trends and workforce needs for collaboration.
• Track and report partnership outcomes, adoption rates and KPIs.
• Review partnership performance and recommend enhancements for impact and sustainability.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to drive usage of digital products like MySkillsFuture and Careers & Skills Passport.
