Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–7 years as a BA, Product Owner, or program analyst in semiconductor/manufacturing.
• Experience with backlog management, planning, and delivery tracking.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear requirements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across sites.

Responsibilities

• Act as Product Owner for APTD Package Health digital capabilities across sites.
• Own end-to-end project execution from concept to deployment and stabilization.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage risks and milestones.
• Drive system adoption including MES enhancements and AI-enabled solutions.
• Track adoption metrics and benefits realization post-deployment.
