Job summary

Micron Singapore is seeking a Health Package Analyst acting as Product Owner for APTD Package Health initiatives. The role focuses on requirement ownership, backlog management, project execution, and system adoption across multiple sites.

You will advocate for MES and AI-enabled solutions, translating business needs into scalable digital capabilities, while driving value realization and upskilling across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data/Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Program/Project Analyst in semiconductor manufacturing or advanced manufacturing.
• Demonstrated experience in product ownership and project management, including backlog management, planning, and execution tracking.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management across multiple sites.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business and system requirements.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Product Owner for APTD Package Health digital capabilities across all sites.
• Own and maintain the product backlog, including prioritization aligned with APTD strategy and business value.
• Define clear business requirements, epics, user stories, success metrics, and acceptance criteria.
• Balance global standardization with site-specific needs through structured trade-off decisions.
• Drive adoption of new and existing systems, including MES enhancements and AI/advanced analytics solutions.
