Job summary

MICRON Semiconductor Asia Operations Pte. Ltd. seeks a Health Business Analyst (APTD) to serve as Product Owner for Package Health initiatives across all APTD sites.

You will own requirements, backlog, and project execution, and champion new system adoption including MES and AI-enabled solutions. • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data/Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 3-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Program/Project Analyst in semiconductor/manufacturing.
• Experience in product ownership and project management.
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management across multiple sites.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business and system requirements.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with semiconductor assembly/test flows and Package Health concepts.
• Experience with MES, manufacturing data platforms, or analytics ecosystems.
• Exposure to AI/ML-enabled solutions, advanced analytics, or digital transformation programs.
• Experience with central IT and agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.
• Ability to apply AI literacy and digital fluency for responsible use of AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern APTD Package Health digital capabilities across all sites.
• Consolidate and rationalize Package Health requirements for consistency and scalability.
• Own and maintain the product backlog with prioritization aligned with strategy and business value.
• Define clear business requirements, epics, user stories, success metrics, and acceptance criteria.
• Balance global standardization with site-specific needs through structured trade-off decisions.
• Own end-to-end project execution for APTD Package Health initiatives from concept to deployment.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, and risk registers across sites.
• Drive execution discipline by tracking scope, schedule, risks, and delivery commitments.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and predictable delivery.
• Prepare regular project status updates and escalation summaries for leadership reviews.
• Act as primary Product Owner interface between APTD and ETD for solution design and delivery.
• Translate business needs into system requirements for PADK, eTRA, PEIP, PTM tools.
• Participate in solution reviews to ensure fit, data integrity, scalability, and usability.
• Support harmonization of data models, workflows, and KPIs across sites and systems.
• Drive adoption of MES enhancements and AI/analytics solutions.
• Plan rollout activities: stakeholder mapping, communications, training, phased deployments.
• Act as site and user advocate, collecting feedback and ensuring value realization.
• Track adoption metrics, user engagement, and benefits realization post-deployment.
• Integrates AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency and quality; promote AI-enabled enhancements.

• Drive execution discipline by tracking scope, schedule, risks, and delivery commitments.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (APTD sites, ETD, analytics, and system owners) to ensuretimelyand predictable delivery.
• Prepare regular project statusupdates, decision briefs, and escalation summaries for leadership reviews.3. Cross-Functional Solution Alignment
• Act as the primaryProduct Owner interfacebetweenAPTDandETDfor solution design, prioritization, and delivery.
• Translate APTD business needs into system-level requirements for platforms such asPADK,eTRA, PEIP, PTM tools.
• Participate in solution and architecture reviews to ensure functional fit, data integrity, scalability, andusability.
• Supportharmonization of data models, workflows, and KPIs across sites and systems.

New System Adoption & Advocacy

• Drive adoption of new and existing systems, includingMES enhancements and AI/advanced analytics solutions.
• Plan and execute rollout activities: stakeholder mapping, communication plans, training sessions, and phased deployments.
• Act as asite anduser advocate, collecting feedback and ensuring solutions deliver tangible business value.
• Trackadoptionmetrics,user engagement, and benefitsrealizationpost-deployment.

AI Responsibilities

• Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements.

Qualifications
