Job summary

HarbourVest Partners is seeking a dynamic professional to support its Evergreen private equity offering in APAC and EMEA. The role combines product leadership, operations focus, and commercial insight within a fast-growing platform.

You will work with investment, operations and sales teams to deliver market knowledge, coordinate regional distribution, and provide investment commentary for RFPs and portfolio updates. Candidates should have 4+ years in related fields.

Qualifications

4+ years experience in alternative investments, funds or private wealth.
Strong understanding of private markets and open-ended funds.
Excellent written and spoken English communication.
Proactive self-starter with ability to develop new processes.
Experience collaborating across investment, operations, and sales teams.

Responsibilities

Drive growth of HarbourVest’s Evergreen Solutions in APAC and EMEA.
Support fundraising by delivering vehicle and market knowledge to sales teams.
Coordinate regional distribution with product and marketing specialists.
Provide investment insights and performance commentary for RFPs and portfolio updates.
Maintain funds data and documentation including ODD support and due diligence.
Monitor market trends to keep the platform aligned with client needs.
