Job summary

HarbourVest Partners in Singapore seeks a driven professional to support APAC Private Wealth distribution for Evergreen and Closed-End funds, integrating distribution duties with APAC sales strategy and business development.

Based in Singapore, the role supports a hybrid schedule (4 days in office per week) with 5 additional remote days per quarter, subject to manager approval, and collaborates with private banks, wealth platforms, and internal teams to grow HarbourVest’s regional reach.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of private markets and wealth distribution in APAC countries.
• Experience with Evergreen fund structures and distribution ecosystems.
• Understanding of intermediary distribution models and fund platforms.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales, product specialists, legal, compliance, operations, and fund teams to onboarding distributors across APAC.
• Articulate regional market requirements to internal teams and adapt to local operating models.
