Job summary

OKX is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Core Trading Risk Product team to lead the delivery of trading risk workflow automation, agentic parameter governance, and foundational price-protection capabilities across spot, derivatives, and related DEX scenarios.

You will collaborate with Risk Management, Quantitative Research, Engineering, Data, and Trading Operations to translate risk-control methodologies into configurable platform capabilities, driving liquidity, capital efficiency, and

Qualifications

Five or more years of product management experience in trading-related domains.
AI-native approach to work with multi-step automation and agentic workflows.
Strong systems thinking and technical judgment with real-time data systems.
Data-driven decision-making and risk-change management with metrics and simulations.
Mature cross-functional leadership and project execution.
Fluency in Chinese and English with collaboration across global teams.

Responsibilities

Drive product planning and roadmap execution across risk parameter governance, AI-agent automation, controlled execution, and price protection.
Research and iterate on risk-control methodologies including pricing logic and risk-scoring models.
Build and optimize platform-level risk controls for stability under extreme market conditions.
Collaborate with engineers, quants, data analysts, and stakeholders to ensure effective risk systems.
Continuously improve the product through feedback loops and incident reviews.
Maintain close engagement with traders and market teams to adapt priorities.
