Job summary

OKX is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own institutional partner products such as Custody, Brokerage, and Fees & Incentive Programs. You will partner with engineering, operations, sales, compliance, and external service providers to ship complex changes that institutional counterparties trust.

You will define product direction, roadmaps, and ROI-driven business cases, while navigating multi-jurisdictional regulatory constraints. Experience with AI-enabled product operations is a plus.

Qualifications

• PM experience at a crypto exchange or custody/trade settlement context.
• Strong understanding of liquidity dynamics in institutional crypto markets.

Responsibilities

• Define product direction and roadmaps for Custody OES and related programs.
• Own the fee schedule, incentive programs, and ROI-driven business cases.
• Build and evolve AI-enabled market research and product operations features.
• Partner with engineering, design, compliance, and legal to ship complex changes.
• Navigate multi-jurisdictional regulatory constraints across HK, SG, EU, US.
