Job summary

OKX is seeking a Senior Manager, Risk Operations Strategy to lead the end-to-end SOP architecture for payment risk operations. You will design human-in-the-loop workflows, drive automation, and collaborate with product, engineering, and compliance to align risk control strategies across the platform.

You will translate operational strategy into product requirements, manage cross-functional programs, and track KPIs to continuously improve accuracy and efficiency in risk reviews and investigations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product or operations strategy within risk management.
• Experience designing scalable SOPs, workflows, decision matrices and escalation paths.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end SOP architecture for Payment Risk Operations, including risk investigation and dispute flows.
• Design human-in-the-loop workflows with AI agents and reviewers to improve coverage and throughput.
• Drive automation in risk control processes to scale operations.
• Monitor efficiency metrics: SLA, automation rate, AI coverage, AHT.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and compliance to align risk control strategies.
