Job summary

Crypto.com is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own customer onboarding across the Crypto.com App and adjacent surfaces. You will drive KYC, account opening, activation, and growth initiatives in a regulated fintech environment, balancing conversion speed with compliance.

You will lead cross‑functional teams and own the onboarding platform as it scales across products and markets. You will report to Onboarding squad Lead and expand into trading product work within six months, shaping roadmaps

Qualifications

Experience owning consumer onboarding end-to-end in a regulated fintech environment.
Proven ability to drive activation, referrals, and time-to-first-value.
Ability to balance conversion speed with regulatory and risk requirements.

Responsibilities

Own compliant customer onboarding end-to-end, including account opening and identity verification.
Turn onboarding into a growth engine with activation, referrals, and incentives.
Instrument and improve the funnel, measuring completion and activation impact.
Extend onboarding capabilities across products and markets without fragmentation.
Own a meaningful trading slice and connect onboarding to first trade.
Lead across functions—Engineering, Design, Compliance, Marketing, and Trading.
