Job summary

Crypto.com is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the onboarding journey across the Crypto.com App and related surfaces. You will shape an scalable, regulated onboarding platform encompassing account opening, identity verification, KYC, activation and referrals, and trading integration.

Within six months you will take on trading product work alongside the onboarding charter, lead cross‑functional alignment with Engineering, Design, Compliance, Marketing and Trading, and drive two connected

Qualifications

Owned consumer onboarding and growth together with measurable results.
Shipped account opening or KYC in a regulated product and understood regulatory funnel changes.
Extended a shared onboarding capability across products or markets.
Experienced with trading product depth and first-trade journeys.
Senior individual contributor able to steer two connected charters.

Responsibilities

Own compliant customer onboarding end-to-end and set roadmap for opening, identity verification, KYC, and platform capabilities.
Turn onboarding into a growth engine by owning activation, referrals, acquisition, and time-to-first-value.
Instrument and improve the funnel by identifying drop-offs, sizing opportunities, shipping interventions.
Extend onboarding capabilities across Main App and other platforms without fragment journeys.
Own a meaningful trading slice by taking trading-product work and connecting onboarding to first trade.
Lead across functions Align Engineering, Design, Compliance, Marketing, and Trading; re-plan when constraints change.
