Job summary

Crypto.com is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own customer onboarding across the Crypto.com App and adjacent product surfaces. You will own the onboarding journey, including account opening, identity verification, KYC, and platform capabilities to balance conversion, speed, risk, and regulatory obligations.

You will turn onboarding into a growth engine by driving activation, referrals, and time-to-first-value, partnering with Marketing on acquisition, and extending onboarding across products

Qualifications

You have owned consumer onboarding and growth together.
You have shipped account opening or KYC in a regulated product.
You have extended a shared onboarding capability across products or markets.
You have enough trading‑product depth to take ownership.
You operate as a senior individual contributor.

Responsibilities

Own compliant customer onboarding end-to-end.
Turn onboarding into a growth engine and activate referrals and time-to-first-value.
Instrument and improve the funnel by identifying drop-off points and measuring impact.
Extend onboarding capabilities across Main App and other platforms.
Own a meaningful trading slice and connect onboarding to first trade.
Lead across functions without escalation and re-plan when constraints change.
