Job summary

BIT in Singapore is seeking a senior product leader to own the end-to-end strategy for US equities margin trading, short selling or options trading. You will define the roadmap and collaborate with Engineering, Risk, Trading, Operations and Compliance to deliver scalable solutions.

You will design margin and risk workflows, work with clearing brokers and upstream providers for financing, settlement, and regulatory alignment across jurisdictions. Fluent English and strong PRD skills are essential.

Qualifications

4+ years of fintech product experience, incl. 2+ years with US equities brokerage products.
Deep knowledge of US equities trading, settlement, and market data.
Strong PRD craft and fluent written/spoken English.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for US equities Margin Trading, Short Selling or Options Trading.
Define product requirements and drive cross-functional delivery across Engineering, Risk, Trading, Operations, Compliance and Clearing Brokers.
Design margin, buying power, risk control and liquidation workflows to balance user experience, regulatory requirements and platform risk.
Collaborate with clearing brokers and upstream providers to integrate financing, securities lending, option clearing and settlement capabilities.
Coordinate with Legal and Compliance to ensure products comply with regulatory requirements across different jurisdictions.
