Job summary

DMCG Global seeks a Senior Product Manager for a next-generation Web3 Wallet within a decentralised exchange initiative. You will own the product vision, roadmap and delivery, collaborating with engineering, design, data and compliance to create secure, scalable digital asset experiences.

You will translate user needs into clear requirements, prioritise features and drive end-to-end delivery from discovery through launch, measuring impact and differentiating the product in a fast-moving Web3

Qualifications

• Five+ years in product management, with 2+ years in blockchain/fintech or consumer tech.
• Strong knowledge of blockchain tech, Web3 wallets and digital assets.
• Proven track record of launching consumer-facing products with measurable adoption.
• Excellent English and stakeholder management in a fast-growth environment.
• Experience with account abstraction, decentralised identity, developer SDKs, crypto compliance, DeFi or self-custodial wallets is a plus.

Job description

Our client is building the next-generation decentralised exchange with a fully on-chain order book. They aim to bring equities on-chain, creating a secure, transparent, and high-performance trading infrastructure that can support institutional volumes while remaining accessible to retail participants. They are now looking to bring on an experienced Senior Product Manager for the development of their next-generation blockchain wallet.

Scope of the Role

Reporting to the product leadership team, you’ll own the product vision, roadmap and execution, working closely with engineering, design, data and compliance specialists. Alongside core wallet capabilities, you’ll contribute to adjacent areas such as account abstraction, decentralised applications and supporting infrastructure.

The Senior Product Manager – Web3 Wallet will lead product strategy, prioritisation and delivery, translating user needs and business objectives into secure, scalable and engaging digital asset experiences.

Role Highlights

You Will Need

• At least five years of product management experience, including two or more years in blockchain, fintech or consumer technology
• Strong knowledge of blockchain technology, Web3 wallets, digital assets and the evolving decentralised application landscape
• A proven track record of launching and scaling consumer-facing products, with clear examples of product adoption and user impact
• Strong UX/UI judgement and experience translating customer needs into clear product requirements, specifications and delivery priorities
• Excellent written and verbal English, stakeholder management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
• Experience with account abstraction, decentralised identity, developer SDKs, crypto compliance, DeFi or self-custodial wallets would be advantageous. Contributions to open-source projects or Web3 communities are also valued.
