Job summary

Gate is seeking a senior Payments Product Leader to own the end-to-end payment product, from roadmap to launches, across channels and markets. You will drive deposits, withdrawals, card payments, and local payments while balancing regulatory requirements.

You will align priorities among channel partners, engineering, compliance, and risk, coordinating with overseas teams across time zones to deliver timely launches. Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential.

Qualifications

• Owned a payment or financial product area end to end and set priorities.
• Experience with deposit, withdrawal and card payment flows and related compliance.
• Able to coordinate with channel partners, engineering, compliance and risk.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own the payment product end to end: roadmap, priorities, launches and day-to-day performance.
• Bring new channels live, including banks, card acquiring, and local payments.
• Redesign deposit, withdrawal and card payment flows to cut friction while ensuring compliance.
• Set priorities across partners, engineering, compliance, and risk with a single launch plan.
• Coordinate with overseas teams across time zones to ensure timely launches.
