Job summary

GovTech Singapore is seeking experienced Product Managers/Senior Product Managers to lead the development of innovative solutions that connect with Singaporeans. Responsibilities include building relationships with agencies, conducting market research, and managing product performance. Candidates should have a Diploma/Degree in IT or related fields and a minimum of 5 years in product management. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in product management.
• Experience working directly with engineers, designers, and product teams.
• Strong background in modern product development practices (Agile, Cloud, Design Thinking).
• Proven track record of shipping successful products from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships and partner with agencies to define product vision.
• Lead stakeholder engagement to develop value proposition for product initiatives.
• Conduct market research and user testing sessions.
• Manage product backlog and write clear product requirements.
