Oradian is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own key parts of the banking core and shape AI-powered tools that enable customers to extend the platform. You will manage domains within lending, deposits, payments and reporting, and own both the roadmap and commercial commitments associated with them.

You will lead the extensibility layer where customer-specific logic runs inside the platform, and steer the AI coding agent to write logic and generate tests.

Qualifications

• Five or more years as a Product Manager or Product Owner in Fintech B2B SaaS.
• Fluency with AI tooling, used to analyse, prototype and ship.
• Enough technical depth to decide what an extension point should be and what a customer should be allowed to override.
• Clear, structured written and verbal English.
• Comfort with high autonomy in a scale-up where process is light.

Responsabilités

• Own banking core domains: lending, deposits, payments, accounting and reporting.
• Own roadmap for the AI agents and customer-specific extensions within the core.
• Define which banking products are supported and manage commercial commitments.
• Collaborate with engineering and customers to shape AI-assisted product development.
