Job summary

The Government Technology Agency (GovTech) in Singapore is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape digital products for IPOS, leading strategy and cross-functional teams to improve service quality and operational efficiency.

You will partner with policy, operations, design and engineering to discover opportunities, drive agile delivery, and build capabilities across teams, with a focus on data, AI and trusted government services.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex digital products, platforms, or large-scale transformations.
• Strong product strategy, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate user needs and organisational priorities into clear outcomes.
• Experience with cross-functional teams spanning product, design, engineering and business stakeholders.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making trade-offs between value, delivery, technology and risk.
• Experience in government, regulated sectors or large-scale service transformation is a plus.

• Define product vision, strategy and roadmaps for key digital products and platforms.
• Lead discovery to identify opportunities and prioritise high-value initiatives.
