Job summary

DADACONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own the end-to-end product experience of our AI Cloud platform, covering compute, storage, networking, and developer-facing services.

This senior IC role sits at the intersection of cloud infrastructure and AI, offering ownership and strategic influence in a fast-growing environment. You will lead the roadmap, design cohesive customer journeys, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver scalable cloud products

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in cloud platforms, infrastructure products, or developer-facing platforms.
• Experience building cloud consoles, cloud platforms, or developer portals is a bonus.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture and workflows for developer and enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and ongoing evolution of the AI Cloud platform experience.
• Design onboarding, activation, resource deployment, usage monitoring, and billing journeys.
• Build and scale platform capabilities like account/organisation management, access control, and notifications.
• Collaborate with compute, storage, networking, and infra teams to deliver a cohesive cloud experience.
• Drive self-service features to reduce manual provisioning and streamline operations.
• Engage with customers and developers to translate feedback into product requirements.
• Partner with Engineering, Infrastructure, Sales, and Support to define priorities and execution.
• Monitor product performance post-launch and iterate based on data and insights.

Product Manager

to own the end-to-end product experience of their AI Cloud platform, spanning compute, storage, networking, and developer-facing services. This is a high-impact, senior individual contributor role at the intersection of cloud infrastructure and AI, offering the opportunity to shape a platform used by AI developers and enterprise customers at scale. If you are passionate about building cloud products that are simple, consistent, and scalable, this role offers significant ownership and strategic influence in a fast-growing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own theproduct roadmapand ongoing evolution of the AI Cloud console, APIs, and overall platform experience
  
• Design and continuously optimise the end-to-end customer journey, covering onboarding, service activation, resource deployment, usage monitoring, and billing
  
• Build and scale common platform capabilities including account and organisation management, access control, resource management, notifications, and platform operations
  
• Collaborate closely with compute, storage, networking, and infrastructure product teams to deliver a unified and cohesive cloud experience
  
• Drive self-service features and automation initiatives to reduce manual provisioning and streamline operational workflows
  
• Engage directly with customers and developers to gather feedback and translate their needs into well-defined product requirements and solutions
  
• Partner with Engineering, Infrastructure, Sales, and Customer Support to define priorities, maintain the roadmap, and ensure timely execution
  
• Monitor product performance post-launch and iterate based on usage data, customer insights, and business objectives
  

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years ofproduct managementexperience in cloud platforms, infrastructure products, or developer-facing platforms
  
• Demonstrated experience building cloud consoles, cloud platforms, or developer portals (is a bonus)
  
• Strong understanding ofcloud architectureand the workflows of both developer and enterprise customer segments
  
• Familiarity with large-scale public cloud, AI cloud, or cloud infrastructure environments (is a bonus)
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage the full product lifecycle — from requirements gathering and design through to launch and iterative improvement
  
• Professional proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder alignment across technical and business teams
