Job summary

MICHAEL PAGE INTERNATIONAL PTE LTD is seeking an experienced Mechanical Product Engineer to lead transfer and industrialization from development into manufacturing. You will drive quality, reliability, and cost optimization across multidisciplinary teams globally.

The role involves DOE, FMEA, SPC, and data analytics to improve performance, with mentorship of junior engineers and collaboration with R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain to achieve robust product outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• ≥5 years in product engineering, manufacturing engineering, NPI, or PLM.
• Knowledge of GD&T, tolerance analysis, DFMA, and reliability engineering.
• Experience with fluidics, electromechanical assemblies, or precision instruments.
• Hands-on knowledge of pumps, valves, sensors, manifolds, tubing, and flow control systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead product transfer and industrialization from development into manufacturing.
• Drive sustaining initiatives focused on quality, yield, reliability, and cost optimization.
• Conduct engineering evaluations, root cause investigations, and complex troubleshooting across mechanical and fluidics systems.
• Apply DOE, FMEA, SPC, and data analytics to improve manufacturing and product performance.
• Support design validation, reliability testing, system characterization, and engineering change control processes.
• Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and suppliers to ensure successful outcomes.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in problem‑solving and engineering excellence.
