Job summary

Psykhe Pte. Ltd. is seeking a product designer who thinks in systems, designs with empathy, and can navigate AI-native product challenges.

You will work across discovery to delivery, collaborating with strategists, engineers, and client stakeholders to create meaningful, scalable experiences. You will be embedded across client engagements and internal initiatives, taking ownership of design outcomes and contributing to the growth of our design practice.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in product design or UX/UI design.
• Experience with design systems and enterprise/B2B products.
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end product design and AI-aware work.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to discovery, research, and synthesis activities.
• Own end-to-end product design from flows to high-fidelity UI and prototypes.
• Design for data-dense enterprise environments and AI-enabled workflows.
• Apply design systems to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders in agile delivery.
• Mentor junior designers and participate in design critiques.
