Job summary

AngelHack Developer Labs is hiring a Product Designer to join our small, fast-moving team. You’ll shape work across client briefs, internal tools, and the products we build for ourselves, acting as an embedded designer who starts with user needs and business goals.

You’ll own design standards, collaborate with engineers, and help evolve our AI-enabled design workflow. If you thrive where direction is fuzzy and enjoy turning problems into thoughtful, shipped solutions, this role could be for you.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of product/UX design experience across client and product work.
• A portfolio showing end-to-end work from problem framing to shipped product.
• Experience running user research and synthesising findings independently.
• Clear communicator capable of presenting to clients and founders.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in the design workflow.

Responsibilities

• Translate client briefs into well-considered design solutions and manage the design process from discovery to delivery.
• Own features end-to-end on internal projects, produce wireframes, prototypes, and final specs, and review with engineers.
