Job summary

KPMG in Singapore collaborates with Digital Village to attract a design leader who can drive AI-enabled user experiences across enterprise contexts. You will guide user research, define design systems, and collaborate with product, tech and data teams to deliver scalable solutions.

We seek a candidate with 3+ years in client-facing roles, strong GenAI application in design, and a portfolio of enterprise workflows and AI-driven products.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in client-facing consulting or similar environments.
• Strong experience applying GenAI within design processes.
• Expertise in user-centered design and Design Thinking.
• Experience designing complex, multi‑role workflows across mobile, desktop and responsive platforms.
• Portfolio showcasing enterprise workflows and AI-driven product experiences preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and present insights to stakeholders (Personas, Journey Maps, Ethnographic Research).
• Facilitate ideation, rapid prototyping, and validation workshops with clients and teams.
• Design user flows with a clear, compelling narrative.
• Refine products, services, and business models based on user feedback.
• Define Responsible AI considerations within the user experience.
• Translate requirements into developer-ready specs for handoff.
• Collaborate with Product and Development to deliver scalable design solutions.
• Drive innovation through design sprints, workshops, and client engagement.
• Manage UI/UX patterns within Design Systems and ensure consistency across projects.
