Job summary

TALENTSIS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Product Designer to lead end-to-end design from user research through to high-fidelity UI.

You will define user journeys, create wireframes and prototypes, and collaborate closely with engineers to ensure faithful implementation. Applicants should have a strong portfolio across product design, UX/UI, and interaction design, with proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or equivalent tools, and familiarity with React/Tailwind.

Qualifications

• Degree in Design, HCI, CS or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in Product/ UI/ UX Design or related roles.
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end product design of digital products.
• Proficient in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of user-centered design, usability, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Experience in user research, usability testing, prototyping, and design validation.
• Familiarity with front-end tech such as React and Tailwind.
• Experience in Agile environments and collaboration with PMs, BAs, engineers and stakeholders.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Mentoring junior designers or contributing to design standards is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback into design improvements.
• Develop and maintain design systems, reusable components, and UX/UI standards .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, shape product direction, and support Agile delivery.
• Work closely with engineers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Present design rationale and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the continuous improvement of design practices.

Requirements

• Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Digital Media , or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Product Design, UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, or related roles.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design experience and delivered digital products.
• Proficient in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch , or equivalent design tools.
• Strong knowledge of user-centred design, interaction design, usability, accessibility, and responsive design .
• Experience in user research, usability testing, prototyping, and design validation .
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as React, Tailwind , or equivalent.
• Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with Product Managers, Business Analysts, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience mentoring junior designers or contributing to design standards is an advantage.
