Reporting to the Head of Corporate Communications, this onsite role at Singapore One North requires strong writing, data-driven insights, and a proactive, independent mindset to elevate Grab's corporate brand and product narratives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; field not specified.
• Experience in corporate reputation management and media relations.
• Strong issues management capabilities.
• Experience in internet/tech sectors preferred.
• Regional or global team experience in fast-growth companies.

Responsibilities

• Shape Grab's corporate brand and equity story.
• Develop and implement regional comms programs to showcase Grab tech and product.
• Manage thought leadership and relationships with regional media.
• Coordinate country PR teams for local announcements.
• Oversee external communications review and multi-format content.
• Track PR outcomes aligned to budget and business needs.
• Handle crises and issues management.
