Grab is seeking an experienced Communications Manager in Singapore to shape priorities and deliver high‑quality communications across corporate, policy, business, and partner-facing initiatives from our One North office.

Reporting to the Singapore Communications Lead, you will balance reputation management with daily issue response, lead crisis communications, mentor junior team members, and drive data‑driven storytelling using GenAI to boost productivity and impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in corporate/strategic communications.
• Experience leading issues and crisis communications in Singapore.
• Ability to build sustained reputation and perception.
• Experience integrating content across channels and audiences.
• Knowledge of Singapore media, policy, and digital landscape.
• Strong writing and executive messaging skills.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated communications campaigns to build trust and positive perception.
• Lead issues and crisis communications with messaging and media responses.
• Advise leaders on communications strategies and narrative development.
• Lead corporate campaigns, regulatory advocacy, and change management.
• Plan multi-audience, multi-channel communications for daily issues.
• Build relationships with media, commentators, stakeholders, and agencies.
• Analyze performance and use data-driven insights to improve impact.
• Mentor junior teammates and leverage GenAI to improve productivity.
