Marina Bay Sands is seeking a Senior Procurement Lead to manage end-to-end sourcing across Marketing, Media, Creative Services and Events. You will develop category strategies, run large-scale RFPs, and drive supplier governance to deliver value and risk protection.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years in strategic sourcing, strong negotiation skills and the ability to align internal stakeholders with external suppliers. Singapore-based position with governance and compliance responsibilities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Procurement, Marketing or related discipline with relevant working experience.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing and procurement.
• Significant category experience in Marketing, Media, Creative Services, Advertising, Events or Agency Management.
• Proven success in leading large-scale RFPs and strategic sourcing programs.
• Strong track record in commercial negotiations, contract management and supplier governance.
• Experience in developing KPIs, SLAs and supplier performance frameworks.
• Ability to balance business objectives, supplier relationships and procurement governance requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end procurement life cycle across Marketing, Media & Creative and Production categories.
• Develop and execute category strategies aligning objectives with market opportunities and supplier capabilities.
• Drive end-to-end strategic sourcing and high-impact projects from initiation through contract awarding.
• Manage RFIs, RFQs and RFPs, including evaluation criteria and supplier assessments.
• Lead negotiations to secure value, service outcomes and risk protection.
• Develop robust Statements of Work (SOWs), SLAs and supplier scorecards.
• Establish supplier governance frameworks to drive long-term value and accountability.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders as strategic advisor on sourcing decisions.
• Ensure compliance with procurement governance, contracting standards and policies.
