Job summary

Electronics & Engineering Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced procurement professional to manage end-to-end procurement activities for projects and operations. You will cover sourcing, negotiation, purchasing, supplier management, delivery coordination, cost control, and procurement compliance.

You will lead sourcing, issue PO, evaluate suppliers, and guide junior staff while ensuring timely delivery of AV equipment and project materials in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in supply chain, procurement, business, engineering or related field.
• 4–6 years of procurement experience in AV/IT/system integration/construction/project-based environments.
• Strong sourcing, negotiation, supplier management, and commercial skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/procurement systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight project timelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage sourcing, quotation comparison, negotiation, PO issuance, delivery follow-up, and order closure.
• Procure AV equipment, products, project materials, subcontractor services, and other operational needs.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and commercial terms with suppliers.
• Evaluate supplier performance on cost, quality, delivery, responsiveness and service.
• Guide junior procurement staff where required.

Requirement

• Diploma /Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 4–6 years of procurement experience, preferably in AV, IT, system integration, engineering, construction, or project-based businesses
• Strong sourcing, negotiation, supplier management, and commercial skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/procurement systems
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work under tight project timelines
