Job summary

Rigel Technology (S) Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Delivery Planner to coordinate production schedules with delivery requirements and ensure timely shipments. You will track orders, confirm quantities and lead times with the factory, and adjust plans as demand changes.

You will act as the main contact between the factory and internal teams, addressing delays, shortages, or quality concerns, and escalate major issues with proposed solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in any relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in a similar capacity
• Proven experience as a Planner or in a planning-related role.
• Strong ability to analyze information quickly and accurately.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Align factory production schedules with delivery requirements.
• Track purchase orders from placement to delivery; confirm quantities, lead times and delivery dates.
• Serve as the main contact between the factory and internal teams; address delays, shortages or quality concerns; escalate major problems.
• Maintain records of deliveries, delays, and schedule adjustments; provide regular updates to management.
• Identify bottlenecks in the delivery process and work with logistics/warehouse to optimize receiving and storage.
