Job summary

Vanguard International Semiconductor Corporation (VIS) is seeking a Process Engineer to optimize production processes in a fast-paced fab. You will analyze SPC data, monitor critical charts, and implement plans to improve Cpk and OOC rates while coordinating with Equipment and Mfg teams.

You will also setup recipes, ensure content compliance, and drive CIP programs to enhance yield, cost, and productivity in a team-based environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Microelectronics / Chemical Process / Chemistry / Physics / Material Science / Material Engineering.
• Min 2 years of relevant work experience in Thin Film CVD processes.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and written skills.
• Leadership to guide junior engineers and a proactive, accountable mindset.
• Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Applies engineering principles to optimize production processes to meet objectives.
• Analyse and troubleshoot process, manufacturing and maintenance issues with engineering solutions.
• Lead process improvement projects and develop operation plans with regulatory alignment.
• Setup and trouble-shoot recipes, job files, and metrology tools in the module.
• Ensure documentation and CAS procedures, coordinate cross-functional resolution.
• Collaborate with Equipment and Mfg Engineers to achieve uptime and OEE goals.
• Self-audit specifications to meet TS16949 quality standards and follow safety rules.
• Provide feedback/training to AEs or Technicians on troubleshooting and process understanding.
