Job summary

WhiteCrow Research Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Process Engineer (R&D) in Singapore to design, analyze and report on advanced process experiments within safety guidelines.

The role involves hardware characterization, root cause analysis, and documenting technical results while interacting with customers. A PhD or MSc in a relevant field and semiconductor experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• PhD or Master’s Degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or Physics or related field.
• Research focus in semiconductor would be an added advantage.
• Relevant experiences in semiconductor process development field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solver attitude with determination and quality-mindset.

Responsibilities

• Designing, collecting data, analyzing and compiling reports on a variety of difficult process engineering experiments, within safety guidelines
• Performing hardware characterization on a variety of difficult systems, within safety guidelines
• Troubleshooting a variety of complex problems, performing Root Cause Analysis and resolving a variety of difficult process engineering issues
• Generating internal and external documentation for products, presentations and technical reports
• Interacting with customers to resolve a variety of difficult process engineering issues/problems with limited supervision
• Measuring film properties and interpret data
• Identifying, selecting and working with vendors and suppliers with limited supervision
• Implementing new technology, products and analytical instrumentation.
