DOTSYS SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. seeks a process engineer to lead process engineering activities, optimize production efficiency, and ensure quality.

You will drive cross-functional process design, update work instructions, and coordinate engineering changes. The role requires a degree or diploma in engineering and at least five years of Singapore-based experience, with compliance to Responsible Business Alliance standards.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least five years of relevant working experience in Singapore or equivalent.
• Commitment to complying with Responsible Business Alliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead Process Associate Engineers and Technicians to execute process-engineering tasks that enhance production efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal departments to design and establish process flows that fulfill customer and business requirements.
• Maintain and update production work instructions, including shop-floor controls and processes, to ensure clarity and accuracy.
• Lead the implementation of engineering change orders to improve manufacturing processes.
• Analyze and improve process efficiency by tracking units-per-hour and initiating process improvements.
• Maintain the engineering-change master list and related tracking records to ensure accurate documentation.
• Prepare and revise production work instructions to reflect current processes and standards.
• Train production personnel on work instructions and process requirements to ensure consistent execution.
• Support new product introduction and mass-production activities by coordinating engineering efforts.
• Participate in ISO implementation and maintenance activities to uphold quality management standards.
