Job summary

TEL Singapore is looking for an aspiring Process Engineer to join our dynamic team in Singapore. The selected candidate will apply engineering principles to improve operational processes, address process-related challenges, and create work instructions.

The role requires a degree in Chemical or Materials Science Engineering. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, be meticulous, and able to work independently in a cleanroom environment. Experience in process development and project management is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical/Materials Science Engineering or its equivalent is mandatory.
• Experience in process development is a plus.
• Project management experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support customers' engineers on process development.
• Develop or modify process formulations and equipment specifications.
• Compile test data for process specifications.
• Plan projects involving new concepts and equipment automation.
• Work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot processes.
