• 8–10 years of professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical liaison for clients, translating complex engineering concepts into actionable insights during presentations, workshops, and progress reviews.
• Oversee the development of engineering deliverables, including drawings, specifications, and calculations for systems across structural, mechanical, electrical, or process flows.
• Mentor process engineers.
• Evaluate proposals from vendors, conduct tender interviews and clarifications, and review re-submissions to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Document tendering activities and prepare comprehensive reports, including final vendor recommendations for the client.
• Ensure installation and start-up align with process design intent and meet user requirements.
• Oversee mechanical construction installation in the field, ensuring standards are met.
• Manage pre-commissioning and commissioning of specific systems, following testing procedures.
• Review vendor documentation and ensure it reflects design intent.
• Collaborate with other design disciplines to address process-related issues and ensure cohesive execution.
• Approve key deliverables for procurement and construction.
• Work with client to optimize processes and ensure cost-effectiveness and alignment with corporate expectations.
• Oversee installation of processing equipment systems to meet client requirements.
• Participate in Vendor SAT and pre-commissioning activities to ensure systems are operational.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
• Participate in design reviews to present BIM model and incorporate feedback.
• Coordinate with QA teams to ensure BIM models meet standards.
• Collaborate with construction teams to provide detailed models and drawings including clash resolution.
