Job summary

exyte singapore pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced chemical/environmental engineer with 6–8 years of relevant design and construction experience in dehydration water, wastewater, chemical, or gas systems.

You will define system design deliverables, liaise with the client on scope, and review design documentation such as process flow diagrams. You will perform engineering reviews of vendor documents to ensure compliance, mentor engineers, support risk analysis, and help manage budgets and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical or Environmental Engineering.
6–8 years of relevant experience required.
Experience in design and/or construction for water, wastewater, chemical or gas systems.
Proficient in design software and standards.

Responsibilities

Define System Design Deliverables and liaise with client on scope requirements.
Develop and/or review design documentation such as Process Flow diagrams.
Produce Piping and Instrumentation Drawings, System Layouts, and data sheets.
Review tendering activities and prepare tender reports and recommendations.
Perform engineering reviews of vendor documents for compliance and completeness.
Brief engineers on project scope to ensure timely system completion.
Participate in Risk and Process Hazard Analysis.
Prepare budget and cost estimations.
Mentor Process Engineers and support engineering efficiency initiatives.
Plan, organize and approve inspection/testing and commissioning activities.
