Job summary

SINGAPORE LNG CORPORATION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Lead Process Control Engineer to drive process control, instrumentation, automation and functional safety engineering across all phases of LNG CAPEX development and delivery.

You will act as the owner’s discipline lead, establishing the design basis and coordinating with FEED consultants, EPC contractors, system integrators and vendors. The role covers FEED, detailed design, procurement, construction, commissioning, start-up and handover, with a

Qualifications

15+ years in oil & gas, petrochemical or LNG engineering.
5+ years as Lead Process Control/Instrumentation/Automation Engineer.
End-to-end FEED or EPC project experience (design through handover).
Greenfield and brownfield project experience including live-plant interfaces.

Responsibilities

Act as Process Control discipline focal point for CAPEX projects.
Define process control strategy, scope, specs, and philosophies for FEED/EPC.
Lead design of DCS, SIS/ESD, FGS, PLC, SCADA and instrumentation systems.
Develop control philosophies, alarms, interlocks, narratives, IO lists and I/O diagrams.
Support HAZID/HAZOP/LOPA/SIL, cyber risk reviews, and project assurance.
