Job summary

Singapore LNG Corporation Pte Ltd is seeking a Lead Process Control Engineer with extensive FEED and EPC experience in oil, gas and LNG projects. Reporting to Engineering Manager, you will own the Process Control discipline across CAPEX development and delivery, establishing design bases, technical requirements, and ensuring safe, reliable control system solutions for LNG terminal facilities.

The role covers feasibility studies through handover, including regulatory support, HAZOP/LOPA/SIL

Qualifications

Minimum 15 years engineering experience in oil & gas, petrochemical or LNG.
At least 5 consecutive years as Lead Process Control, Instrumentation and Control or Automation Engineer.
End-to-end FEED or EPC detailed engineering experience in major projects.

Responsibilities

Act as Process Control discipline focal point and owner's technical authority for CAPEX projects.
Define strategy, scope, specifications, and design basis for FEED and EPC execution.
Lead design of process instrumentation and control systems (DCS, SIS/ESD, PLC, SCADA).
Develop control philosophies, alarm management, interlocks and narratives.
Coordinate with multi-discipline teams to ensure interfaces and governance requirements.
Provide field engineering support during construction, commissioning and start-up.
Ensure compliance with quality, schedule and cost through design reviews and approvals.
