Job summary

IQ-EQ is a global investor services group seeking a client-focused professional to manage relationships for Private Equity, Family Office, and Open-Ended client services. You will review financial statements, ensure timely deliverables, and drive process improvements within hybrid fund structures.

You will act as a subject matter expert on LPAs, SLAs, and fee agreements, coordinating with auditors, banks, and regulators to maintain high standards of service delivery and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• You hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, are a CPA or equivalent, and have 4-5 years of relevant accounting or financial services experience.
• You have experience managing service operations, client relationships, and delivering high-quality client outcomes.
• You are proficient in preparing and reviewing Financial Statements, including detailed notes and supporting disclosures.
• You possess strong organizational, prioritization, and interpersonal skills, and are confident communicating with senior management and key stakeholders.
• You have intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel, and demonstrate a proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to meet tight deadlines, perform under pressure, and lead by example.
• Knowledge of private equity, family office and open-ended industry is essential
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and data analytics
• Experience working in Financial Services office environment

Responsibilities

• Manage financial servicing for a portfolio of clients, ensuring smooth day-to-day relationships and the accurate, timely delivery of client reporting and information.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for designated clients, maintaining a thorough understanding of LPAs, SLAs, fee agreements, and other technical client-specific requirements.
• Monitor and uphold operational controls by ensuring all procedures, policies, and checklists are consistently followed to minimize risk.
• Coordinate and build effective relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, brokers, custodians, and regulatory authorities.
• Proactively support client needs, manage compliance-related interactions, and ensure high standards of service delivery, accuracy, and regulatory adherence.
