Ocorian in Singapore seeks a client-centric professional to manage a portfolio of trust structures and deliver high-standard service. You will partner with clients and colleagues to ensure compliant structure management, onboarding, and ongoing governance while maintaining accurate records.

You will collaborate with bankers, lawyers, and advisers across jurisdictions, focusing on integrity, timely billing, and continuous improvement to enhance client experience and protect client interests.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and client relationship management skills with good risk awareness and compliance understanding.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build relationships at all levels.
• Proactive, adaptable, and highly organised with multi-priority management.
• Collaborative team player with a track record of client service excellence.
• Knowledge of trust, corporate structures, investments, accounting, tax and regulatory requirements is advantageous.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent written and verbal English and Mandarin communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse portfolio of trust structures and understand client objectives.
• Fulfil trustee duties, prepare resolutions, process distributions, and coordinate accounts.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure high-quality information.
• Onboard new clients and structures with due diligence and care.
• Ensure compliance and AML controls while safeguarding client interests.
• Be a trusted contact, delivering responsive service and practical solutions.
• Collaborate with bankers, lawyers, and advisers across jurisdictions.
• Support billing, debt collection, and recording of client work.
• Contribute to continuous improvements that enhance client experience.
