Job summary

Atomic Group, a leading private banking firm in Singapore, is seeking a Senior Private Banker to manage a portfolio of HNW and UHNW clients and drive asset growth.

You will originate new relationships, deepen existing ones, and offer holistic wealth management across investments, credit, and advisory services. A strong network, proven asset gathering, and compliance with KYC/AML are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Banking, or related discipline.
• 8–10 years of private banking/wealth management experience, RM or Private Banker.
• Strong network of HNW/UHNW clients and proven client growth.
• Proven AUM/NNM generation and revenue delivery.
• Knowledge of investment products, markets, credit solutions, and wealth management.
• Excellent relationship management, communication, and business development skills.
• Strong understanding of Singapore’s regulatory environment.
• CMFAS qualifications and regulatory certifications preferred.
• Commercial, client-focused, and performance-driven.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of HNW and UHNW clients, serving as their primary relationship manager and trusted advisor.
• Originate and acquire new clients, driving Net New Money (NNM) and Assets Under Management (AUM) growth.
• Develop a deep understanding of clients’ financial objectives, investment preferences, risk appetite, liquidity requirements, and broader wealth management needs.
• Provide holistic wealth management solutions across investments, structured products, equities, fixed income, funds, foreign exchange, lending, and other banking solutions.
• Partner with Investment Advisors, Product Specialists, Credit, Wealth Planning, and other internal stakeholders to deliver customized solutions.
• Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships through cross-selling and broader wallet penetration.
• Maintain regular engagement with clients and provide timely updates on markets, portfolios, investment opportunities, and relevant banking solutions.
• Ensure all client activities comply with KYC, AML, suitability, regulatory, and internal risk management requirements.
• Maintain a strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and developments affecting HNW/UHNW clients.
• Contribute to the continued growth and development of the bank’s private banking franchise.

Role Overview

Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking an experienced Senior Private Banker to manage and grow a portfolio of High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra-High Net Worth (UHNW) clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for originating new client relationships, deepening existing relationships, and delivering tailored wealth management and investment solutions across multiple asset classes. This role is suited to an established private banker with a strong client network, proven asset-gathering capabilities, and an excellent track record in relationship management.
