Job summary

Ateca Executive Search presents a Senior Relationship Manager / Director, Private Banking role in Singapore for a confidential private banking institution. You will be client facing, carrying a high-net-worth book, delivering tailored wealth management, investments and credit solutions across the region.

Key requirements include 8+ years as a RM in private banking or wealth management, a proven portable HNW/UHNW client book with demonstrable AUM, licensing (e.g., CMFAS) and strong new-client

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience as a Relationship Manager in private banking or wealth management.
• Proven, portable book of HNW/UHNW clients with demonstrable AUM and revenue contribution.
• Strong track record of new client acquisition.
• Licensing (e.g., CMFAS modules) and regulatory good standing.
• Fluent English; regional language capability (Mandarin, Bahasa, or others) an advantage depending on client base.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of HNW/UHNW clients, delivering tailored wealth management, investment, and credit solutions
• Acquire new-to-bank clients through referrals, network, and market activity
• Work closely with product specialists (investments, credit, trust & fiduciary, insurance) to deliver holistic advice
• Ensure full compliance with KYC, AML, and suitability requirements throughout the client lifecycle
• Maintain and deepen existing client relationships to drive AUM growth and revenue

About the Role

Our client, a confidential private banking institution operating in Singapore, is looking to strengthen its front-office team with an experienced Relationship Manager. This is a client-facing, book-carrying role covering high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of HNW/UHNW clients, delivering tailored wealth management, investment, and credit solutions
• Acquire new-to-bank clients through referrals, network, and market activity
• Work closely with product specialists (investments, credit, trust & fiduciary, insurance) to deliver holistic advice
• Ensure full compliance with KYC, AML, and suitability requirements throughout the client lifecycle
